Beehive Barn is located in Caldbeck. Take the B5299 road from the Oddfellows Arms, towards Carlisle and Sebergham.
Go past the village pond on the left and then Caldbeck Bowling Club. Climb the gentle hill for approx 100m. Beehive Barn is on the right.
Beehive Barn is a wonderful 5 star luxury holiday cottage in a peaeful location on the edge of Caldbeck village. This lovely barn conversion is perfect for families, friends and couples alike.
The cottage is surrounded by fields, with views of the Northern Fells in the distance. The driveway has ample space for two cars directly opposite the barn.
Entrance to the property is through large glazed barn doors. There is a cosy lounge to your right, with a wood burning stove, smart TV with DVD player and French doors out to the delightful garden.
The central area on the ground floor has a dining table and views outside to the courtyard and meadow beyond.
The luxury kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (tumble drier located next door), Nespresso coffee machine, cafetiere and bread baking maker – with ingredients to get yourself started! All rounded off with beautiful finishing touches throughout.
There is a downstairs shower room / WC as well as a useful understairs cupboard – perfect for drying off those wet boots!
Upstairs are two tastefully decorated bedrooms (one king and one twin with TV). There is additional storage in the large landing area and space to hang up clothes. The upstairs bathroom includes a roll top bath and WC, again wonderfully finished.
Outside, there is a lovely garden to relax in including garden furniture and BBQ.
